Is the shirt true to size?

yes it's true to size order you regular size just keep in mind, it's a boxy fit and not fitted. it comes up a little high too, it's not very long

I'm 5' 6" 220 lbs would an extra large fit without tucking it in?

That should fit. I’m 5’9” and 270 and a 2X fits me fine.

What's the difference between xxl and xxl big?

Number one you have to keep in mine the dish shirt is coming from Indonesia or something like that their sizes are way different than our sizes if you are a big man like tall then you would want the big size I would strongly suggest that you order the next size up of what you were wear normally because it's a little bit smaller than our sizes It is a very very nice shirt

Very nice shirt

Nice shirt material, fit well, true to size. Bought size XXL for 230 pound man. Can wear with dress pants, shorts or jeans.

Looks good and launders well!

This is the type of shirt my husband wears most of the time. I couldn't find the style I previously ordered that laundered well so took a try on this one. I was very pleased with how it held it's shape and wasn't wrinkled! Husband likes it as well(always a plus).

It's a nice shirt

Size is generous, material comfortable. The only minor downside is the decorative threads on the front get a little nappy after about 5 washings and in a year they start to look a little tattered. So for the first year I wore it to work, thereafter it is good for saturday afternoon bbqs. I would buy again.
