Hi, all of our gift hampers, including the Dorset Letterbox Charcuterie Hamper have BB dates of minimum 3 months from date of purchase and do not need to be refrigerated until opened.

Can I get non pork salami?

What are the ingredients? Worried about allergies

With the exception of the Dorset Blue Vinny and Fig Salami (which obviously contains dairy and I don't think is in this pack anyway) there's NO allergens in any of their other products that I've ever had. I'd recommend contacting them, James is very helpful.

Is there lactose in these? I can see they're gluten free but are they lactose free as well?
