Fast favorite!
This Karhu Fast Ride has gradually come to be my favorite training/racing shoe. The fit is very comfortable and cushioned, yet light. I have worn them at the track and on my long runs, too. Raced from 5K to the half distance and found them to work for me. Sounds like all I wear, but actually I alternate between Glycerins, WaveRiders, and some other Karhus, but the black Fast Rides are my favorites! Add some heel gel cups, and you're good to go. Oh, and by the way, the shoes have gotten several compliments on looks alone even by non-runners. I've decided Karhu makes a good product.
