There's not much to dislike
First off, you need to know what you are getting - a basic little box with enough CPU, RAM and disk to be comfortable to use as a regular PC. It likely isn't going to do heavy, resource intensive games well, nor will it do heavy video editing quickly. But for browsing, office docs, playing videos, goofing off and doing most of the things 99% of folks need? It's great.I didn't buy it for that though. I like to be power efficient, so my home "servers" tend to be on the small and light side. When my old one died after 5 years, I picked this one up and it suited me perfectly.Even loaded up with Splunk Enterprise, Cribl Stream, the Unifi Controller, Home Assistant, and doing file sharing through Samba, it barely breaks a sweat and there's plenty left over for development purposes and other odds and ends. (I've been watching since I started writing this, and it's been averaging between 3 and 10% CPU nearly the entire time)I do not remember there being any issues with Ubuntu 20.04 running on it, though when I first bought it the second 2.5 Gb NIC wouldn't work without an update to the kernel. I think that was smoothed out over a year ago now and it should all "just work".One minor nitpick: the top/lid is a thing you push down on to unlatch and it pops up a little, from where you can unhinge it back and get to the insides. This is not the greatest of design. Oh it looks fine, and seems like it ought to work OK, but I think every other time I'm in our mechanical room (where it's located) I notice its lid is half-up, because I brushed against it or while moving things around I accidentally pressed it. It's nearly impossible to quickly pick up without triggering the lid to release. I'd rather have some way to actually latch it into place. It's a small annoyance only - the lid isn't up much so it's not like dust gets in there - but it is nevertheless an annoyance.

Doesn't Support Windows 11
This PC seems to run everything well for Windows 10. Just be aware that the hardware for the model I purchased (U850 Mini PC Intel Core i5-10210U, 16GB RAM+512GB SSD) will NOT run Windows 11. The hardware (TPM) in not compliant as tested with Microsoft PC Health Check and GitHub WhyNotWin11.

First one was DOA
The USB-C connector on the AC adapter was an extremely loose fit so much so that the slightest movement would cause the cable to fall out. The unit was DOA and never powered up. The replacement works fine and the fit is snug.

Great little computer
This is an awesome little desktop. It works well with my home office configuration - two HD monitors, wireless mouse and keyboard. Great little machine for productivity power users.
