Very interesting product!
Very interesting. I bought the extra strength and took 2 pills last night. It took awhile to fall asleep but it did allow my brain to feel calm with my thoughts. Once I did fall asleep I had very vivid dreams - not scary, just intense and vivid most likely related to the Valerian Root. I woke up completely refreshed and will definitely take them again. I think I will take them a little earlier than the time I would like to sleep to start the unwinding process. I took them at 9:40 last night and didn’t fall asleep until about 11:30 so it takes some time to work but I was out after that until 6:30. So I’m happy about that.Update: This absolutely works. I’ve been using it regularly and notice a difference. I dream and sleep 7-8 hours with this and wake up refreshed. It’s amazing actually. This brand works. I use their other stuff too such as Anxie-T extra strength which works too.

Efficient
I’ve been using this for approx 2 years. It definitely helps me sleep, but I have to be consistent and take at the same time each night, and about 30-45 mins before bedtime. Will continue to purchase.

Gave me Vertigo
First night I took this product I fell asleep fairly quickly but woke up 3 hours later to use the restroom. I got out of bed and had instant vertigo. I had to sit on edge of bed for a couple minutes before getting up. BTW this never has happened to me. I finally got up but felt unstable. I was restless for the rest of night and didn’t even want to get out of bed in morning. My wife had to help me down stairs in morning. Been laying on couch so far all day and it’s almost noon. I won’t be taking this stuff ever again. Caution

Hope it works for you
I love the Migra T product, so I was hoping this would give me the same satisfaction.Unfortunately, it was just another product to try to help me sleep, but didn’t work for me.
