Q: How often does the filter need replacing, or can it be cleaned? If replacements are needed, the amazon store doesn't list them...?

The literature I read stated change after 720 hours running and the machine tells you automatically. There was also an offer of a free replacement filter when the unit came. I have requested this and have been told it will be sent out in the coming weeks. I don’t have information on replacements after that.
