It takes time to learn your perfect fit
I’ve have these, as well as 4 other high fidelity earplugs from Eargasm. I’ll be honest I hated these things, and went to the ➰ Loop experience plus for awhile as they simply fit better, but not as much noise reduction, nor did certain frequencies cut through.I went back to the Eargasm method and design and it took me some time and playing around to get them to fit correctly. You have to know your ears and where to fit them into by stretching the ear followed by fitting the plugs, release the ear with plug installed, hold it in place for 15 seconds as the plugs and your ear need to “marry” up. I’ve found now these are excellent, and where they are more work to use, they are without question the better of the two. Great noise reduction, and my drummer is no joke a heavy hitter. I play through a Mesa Triple Rectifier and running the bass in stereo and the 5 string bass alone has such a low frequency the whole room vibrates. We played tonight, had a great time, I forgot to even take them out between sets ! I’m used to them now, I also wear them to just wear them. If I want quiet they go in, I also use the Eargasm foam non fidelity protection to sleep, 100% silence. So yeah money well spent in these plugs and keep in mind they come with two size adapters, but they also have and I own them what’s called “smaller ears” these are smaller and fit deeper usually. I’ve gotten used to the larger fit, but truly the smaller ears versions fit me better, though the smaller shell these come with work as well for me. One last bit, buy the connection cord it’s stupid cheap money wise and no way no how will you loose your plugs. That was my only regret when I bought them, that has been rectified. Buy them or the smaller ears versions fit they do the same thing.

Metallica Concert? No Problem!!!!
These came in about a week ago - I picked up a pair for me and a pair for my 17 year old son. Upon ordering them I was immediately contacted by Ryan - letting me know they got my order and they would be shipping them out - and adding that if I have any problems to let him know - You see - they believe in old school customer service/satisfaction.Once they arrived, I was impressed with the case, and the fact that they came with two different buds to fit to your ears - I had to swap mine out for the second set for a better fit, my son did not. Again I was contacted by Ryan checking to make sure everything was OK with the order . . .Last night we had ultimate test of these little things - Metallica kicked off their 2017 World Wired Tour in Baltimore with Volbeat and Avenged Sevenfold as their opening acts . . . I am over 50, have tinnitus in both ears as well as hearing loss - so I was concerned about the noise levels . . . These passed the test with Flying ColorsTest One: Getting a 17 year old to put these on and keep them on throughout a 6 hour showResults: Passed - He actually did take them out at the start of Nothing Else Matters - you know where it is nice and soft - He said he thought "This isn't so bad" Then they started rocking it and he was "Whoa better get these back in!" and put them back in - He said he could still hear everything and it was still an amazing show.Test two - Intermission conversationsResults - Passed -I left them in during most of the intermissions between the acts - and was able to have normal conversations with my son and those around usTest three - The post show conversationsResults - Passed - While a lot of the people around us were yelling to be heard over the ringing in their ears - he and I talked in normal tones - His ears weren't ringing - mine weren't ringing any more than they normally do . . .Test four - Comfort and FitResults - Passed - They pretty much stayed on for 6 hours - I never felt them slip or feel like they going to fall out . . . and they were easy to pull out by just grabbing the tab. They also are very unobtrusive - I had to ask my son a couple of times if he still had his in because I couldn't see them . . . each time I asked he would turn his head and show me that they were still in . . .I still have one more test for them - that will come Memorial Day weekend - I will be riding over 2,000 miles on my motorcycle - which means a couple of 8 - 10 hour days in the saddle - I will see how they fit and feel, and how much wind noise they block while letting the music and conversations flow through my helmet speakers. If they pass this test, they will be permanently affixed to my bike's keychain . . .I was a little reluctant to spend $25 on a pair of ear plugs - But I am now Happy - VERY happy I did . . .*********** UPDATE June 2, 2017 *************These are fantastic for motorcycle use!! I put just under 3,000 miles on my bike since getting these. They go in and stay in and are comfortable enough for all day use (I had to check on them from time to time to make sure they were still there). More importantly, after a long day of riding - I did multiple 350 - 535 mile days - I took these puppies out and could hear. They block out the wind noise that damages your hearing. I ride with a half helmet - My bike's communication and audio systems are routed to helmet speakers. In the parking lot, these do mute the music a bit, but on the highway - I can hear the music and communications better because they eliminate the competing wind noise that usually over powers the music. I found that my ride was far more relaxing and enjoyable with these and will use them and my helmet speakers all the time now, not just when riding two up or in groups. In the past when riding solo, I routed the music to the bike's 4 external speakers - yeah the neighborhood could hear me coming - now they will just hear me signing along off key as I ride . . .Another bonus - the case - I have had other ear plugs in plastic cases - when it goes in your pocket or sits on the bike - they get hot and bend or deform making them difficult to close and seal. This case is solid and keeps the ear plugs safe. It has found a permanent home on my motorcycle's key ring . . .Thank You Eargasm!

Great ear plugs!
As someone who has never worn ear protection at any show or concert, my tune was changed (pun sort of intended) after a DJ show in a northeast club. I thought my hearing was going to be forever jacked after that thing but my ears recovered nicely. That taught me to make no excuses to do it properly next time, which just happened. I personally had issues with getting the plug in my right ear as it feels like a different size compared to my left one. Eventually I got it to fit and the results were fantastic. I could hear and feel the music all the same and afterwards my ears were thankful. Well worth the money.

Good functionally, a bit pricey
I get vertigo and tinnitus that’s definitely worse after exposure to loud sounds— so I decided to give these a try for a concert. I’m really happy with the performance of them, but there are a few little design quirks I would change. They do come with two ear plug sets (one regular and one smaller) and one set of filters.-The regular plug worked best for me, the small was too small and didn’t provide adequate sound insulation (and I have VERY small ear holes, typically use the smallest option on other sets)-They go into the ear quite deep but pull out easily when you tug the tab-Initially feel uncomfortable, but after about a minute I didn’t notice it-if you have any ear wax, these will pull it out. Good idea to sanitize in warm water after each use (make sure you remove the filter first)- that case is a cute idea but not very practical, they barely fit in the case and tend to either pop out or get stuck when you open it-the case screw top is a bit difficult to use, especially if you have bigger/ shaker handsThat being said, for what’s on the market I like these a lot. The sound insulation felt decent and I FOR ONCE didn’t get a migraine after a concert. I could still hear the sounds and communicate with people as well.Overall these are a solid option but definitely on the higher end of the price scale and performance-wise not much different from the Alpine plugs (which are about half the price).
