Lomo Triathlon and swimming gloves

Used them today in 9.5° Sea on South Coast. Got the medium and struggle to get on but once they were on and a little water came through they warmed up and stayed warm during a 1 hour swim. It’s great that there is NO palm print as they are more flexible. Have rinsed them through and will see how long they take to dry. Glad I got them Medium as they stretched in the water. Didn’t feel like gloves were full of water and didn’t inhibit my swimming crawl. 🏊‍♂️All in all a great glove for the first time but a struggle to get on and off which tells you that not much is going to get in them.Would recommend.Thanks.

I used the size guide but at first try in they weren't super tight around the wrist so I was concerned they might be a little too big. I needn't have worried. My hands stay almost perfectly dry and warm throughout a 45 minute swim, and the gloves don't feel cumbersome at all. I'm really impressed and definitely recommend them for outdoor swimming.

I suffer from Raynauds disease which means the tips of my fingers + toes get extremely cold in open water.A friend recommend these gloves and I have just completed a 6 km river swim and my hands didn't feel cold at all.Wonderful ! In addition Lomo provided incredibly service,I realized days before the swim that the gloves I ordered were too small so I emailed them + explained that I needed to return the gloves + get the correct size within 5 days.They managed to do this in 4 days.Excellent communication + service

Wore these today for the first time swimming 1K in 9.6 C water. They were lovely. I'm not even sure my hands got wet! I didn't realize how bad my last gloves were until I tried these. They are really hard to get off and on but that means the seal stays tight to keep water out. A bit bulky and once on felt a big large even though I measured my hands but comfortable. I'm glad I went for them.

though possibly premature writing a review having just opened package (needless to say rapid delivery) ...I have been swimming over winter in water hovering near 10C and have had to wear two layers of gloves ,one blue seventy thermal under another reputable brand and though effective at ensuring hands don't need upwards of an hour to warm up post-swim, effect of two layers also cuts circulation so not ideal. Okay only wearing one glove to type but I know I am really looking forward to my next swim. I have heard about these guys only recently from a blog of a loch swimmer and will certainly be checking them out further as their kit is made for the cold water. great stuff : )

I used these gloves for the first time today swimming in 11oC water - they are amazing. My hands were toasty and warm and dry throughout the swim. A bit of a struggle to get them off afterwards, but that is to be expected for such a good pair of gloves. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Roll on winter swimming!

I've used these gloves for 12 months now, and they come very well recommended. My previous gloves would balloon when swimming front crawl, making my hands really cold, even when worn under the wetsuit cuff. These gloves have a double seal, which works a treat. I've been very impressed with both the warmth and the feel of these gloves, swimming up to 5km crawl with them on with no issues whatsoever. I've swim 2km in 7C river water in the winter with only getting cold towards the very end of the swim.

They are difficult to put on and take off, but kept me really warm in 15C water today! I came out of water not feeling cold at all, which is unusual for me, I normally get cold after 10-15 mins in cold water, and start to shake. Really glad I got them, hopefully they will keep me swimming in cold water throughout the winter! I bought M based on the size chart recommendation. My wrists are thin and I have long fingers. These gloves work well.
