AN OUTSTANDING WIRELESS SPEAKER SYSTEM
This system is absolutely amazing. It is especially convenient if you live in a condo or apartment and do not want drill into walls. I moved from a 10 room colonial to a 2 bedroom coop. I have a high end 15 year old Harmon Kardon AVR210 Power Amplifier I could not take my two base reflex Altec Lansing speaker systems, so I sold them and purchased a pair of Klipsch R15 speakers. The Amphony receivers are so small and light that they fit on the back of each speaker with no problem. The same holds true for the transmitter that is so small and light I stuck it on the inside wall of my instrument cabinet above my power amplifier. The start up was a no brainer. What is so amazing there is no hum, his or pop. Frequency response is outstanding, of course the speakers are excellent but without good drivers you can loose a lot of bass and upper brilliance. The individual volume controls on the receivers allow for very easy balancing (which is a great feature). Once you set a volume level on your transmitter and receivers that is comfortable for you and your neighbors you are done. If I want to control volume depending on music type I use my Harmon Kardon power amplifier volume control. The only thing I wish the system had was self stick Velcro strips to stick the receivers on the back of thespeakers as well as mounting the transmitter. I had to buy them, which meant a trip to Home Depot. This is important as you do not want to drill holes in the rear of your speaker cabinets. That would void their warranty or may cause internal damage. Other than the Velcro mounting strips,, the system is incredible and I recommend it without reservation. Here is to good listening from an old barbershop quartet & chorus singer.Regards, Herb

Overprice piece of hardware with really poor quality
Horrible experience, one receiver came broken and the audio has way too noise. I bought a RocketFish Wireless Speaker Kit and I'm pleased with it, simple to set up and just works, unlike this one spent all my afternoon trying to make work and found out was defective

Here's my experience with this product: I was hesitant to buy something like this but I had a need to get a speaker to the other side of a hallway and running wires wasn't possible. This product is a great idea, in theory. I'll start with the good: The tech support was very good. Responses were received within a day via e-mail. I was even given the number of the guy who could do live troubleshooting as I messed with the system, I just did the troubleshooting via e-mail. Troubleshooting was good and replacement product was expedited in shipment. Now for the bad: I needed to call tech support and get replacement product. I had one receiver that wouldn't sync to the transmitter (out of box failure). The right receiver synced perfectly and worked fine upon install. After a few days of back and forth with tech support trying to troubleshoot the failure as well as a audio glitch issue where the audio drops for a split second randomly I got a replacement receiver sent. When I installed this one it synced fine but had serious popping and noise when the speaker wire connectors were touched and I couldn't get it to make good contact and maintain ouput. I assume this was a bad solder joint. Again, what I'd consider another out of box failure. I played with this for another day and then the one receiver that was working blew out and wouldn't even power up. Since I now had 3 bad receivers and a high level of frustration I returned the whole thing. The refund came through in a couple of days without issue. The product itself is easy to use. I hooked up to both the speaker level inputs and the pre-out level inputs and it seemed to work the same. Syncing is simple (when it works). The receivers/amps although stated to be 80 Watts are very small and light. I was regretting my purchase just on this alone when I first opened the package. I expected something more beefy to push 80 Watts through a speaker, especially given the full range frequency response that is claimed. In any case, I gave it 2 stars because tech support was good and my refund wasn't a problem. I'm sure others have had better luck with this product than I did.
