This this item so much, it's very comfortable and has a long cord. Got it initially for my mother but I got it with the buy one get one free deal. And it's been so helpful for the both of us. Heat is pretty good and the color is the same shown on the image. It's nice and thick and perfect for back pain and the cold.

I use this product on a daily basis. I find that using it is soothing and I easily go to sleep while using it in the afternoons. You can adjust the heat settings and it is large enough to cover a decent size area. It does shut off after a couple of hours. Before I bought this I would occasionally feel really cold in my core. The first time this happened I got in bed under loads of quilts and blankets and it took several hours to get back to normal. With this product I am back to normal within minutes.

Good size, sturdy shape, holds heat evenly. Had to return first one that stopped working after 3 times. Replacement is just fine and works well. Great for arthritis, or sore muscles from gardening and yard work, wraps around you like a hug.

I want everyone to know that this is a very reputable company. I purchased one of their heating pads for my back and I only used it about half a dozen times and it quit working. It was past the warranty because I didn't use it too often, but once I started using it on a regular basis it quit working almost immediately. I wrote to the company and explained that if I had used it constantly like I normally used heating pads the problem would have shown up during the warranty period! They sent me a new controller since I felt like maybe that was the problem. That didn't work so they sent me a brand new heating pad. This one works great! I was so impressed that they listened to my concerns and gave me a new pad even though it wasn't under warranty. This company will listen to you and try to make things right. This is a great heating pad for a recent neck injury I sustained. And it now doubles as something to keep me nice and warm as it starts to get cool outside. I can lightly tie it on the bottom and snap it on top and it stays in place nice and snug with great settings for duration and temperature.

This is like a heater sweater. It’s amazing. Just put in on and lay in bed. Wear it at your desk while you work. It’s comfortable. I love how you can set a timer and it shuts off. You are likely to fall asleep with it on due to comfort and relaxation. It’s super soft.

This heating pad is a real game changer. I’ve used ones in the past that are just a rectangular pad that you toss in the microwave. The downside with those is that they eventually cool off and only cover a limited surface area. Not only is this heating pad convenient that you can plug it in and keep the heat for as long as you like, but it’s essentially wrapping up all the parts of the body I usually go for but with one pad! It’s so good that my mom has taken it for herself, she really appreciates the fact that it comes up around her shoulders. To sum it up, this heating pad is basically if a really soft furry ball of warm was giving you a back hug.
