Very versatile, goes well with many recipes
This is better than smooth Macaroni, as it holds sauce better due it's ridges. Cooks fast, in more or less than 5 minutes after adding to boiling water. Don't overcook it, overcooked pasta tastes like mush.Great pasta shape worth buying again.
