I take these because they are recommended to help prevent viral infections also because I take vitamin D3 in the low sunshine winter months, this formulation is as near as I can get to the NHS recommendations.

Difficult to say whether zinc supplementation actually makes a difference to health. I've been taking zinc supplements for a while now, mainly to boost my immune system and to act in a preventive way i.e. prevent illnesses from occurring. However I can't definitively say whether the zinc supplements have meant I've been ill less often and/or less severely.There's plenty of literature out there which says your zinc intake should be easily achievable through a balanced diet. More recently I've stopped zinc supplementation and made only a few minor adjustments to my diet to ensure I get the zinc I need.As for this product, I opted for the Zinc Gluconate as it's more absorbable than some other forms of zinc supplements such as zinc oxide and zinc citrate. The H&B brand is a well known and established brand and hopefully this translates into less chance on being ripped-off or sold sub-standard supplements. It is expensive through Amazon and I suggest looking on the H&B website as they often have 3-for-2 your offers, which would make it cheaper per dose than from buying through Amazon.

good product which we have used for years.. butit says x2 in the description.. it isnt and the agents on chat state it is one only and they will change the description.. have resolved the issue now with a second agentThis is the old product now. The new 120 bottle is available for half the price. shouldnt have just reordered the same product and assumed I would get the same !

Just the product l needed

These are the best supplement I’ve bought in years, I’ve notice my nails and hair grow longer and stronger since taking them with magnesium. Very easy to swallow, this is my second purchase. Great buy thank you.
