Will this unit work with 200v single phase input (not 220v)? it will be used in japan.

Since the unit requires 220v +/-15% so this should operate on 187v-253v (85%-115%) according to the manufacturer specifications.

Is there a specification for the braking resistor?

It does have a manual but it’s a good idea to watch a few videos of folks explaining the setup of parameters. The manual can be a bit difficult to follow and it doesn’t explain a whole lot of fine details like you will get from the videos. However a lot of the the parameters are preset
