This was a great supplement! I felt like I had extra energy without any side effects. If your not use to supplements, I highly recommend making sure you drink a lot of water and make sure you eat before taking, as you may get an upset stomach. I was on the fence for at least a month about this product after I found it. So between car accident and quitting smoking I gained a bit of weight which also came anxiety. I started this 06/14/2025 and today 06/27/2025 I've had nothing but headaches last few days and anxiety is soooo bad at first it mellowed me out and took care of anxiety etc but it just came back full force. Definitely will not purchase again.

I am surprised at how well this works for me. I take before bed and it helps me relax, along with stay asleep. I wake up not being hungry but still having energy. I will say the first time I got them there was a shiny coating on them and the next two times I got them there wasn’t. I’m just guessing I got a new batch but they work the same. I think it’s worth the money so far.
