Can anyone tell me what size photo i would need if i wanted to frame this?

I would guess approx 24 inches by 16 inches but it's only AN ESTIMATE. Plus it would depend on the subject and background of the photo. My advice would be buy the frame then sort the photo

Is this big enough for adults to fit in the frame?

Yes it is, it's a lovely size, we put bamboo sticks on the back so that it could stand by itself. It would certainly fit head and shoulders
