We recognize that the labeling on our packaging can be confusing. We apologize for that. Perfetti Van Melle makes consumer safety a top priority. It is an issue we take very seriously. We understand the importance of transparency in regard to potential allergens in any of our products. In order to meet FDA regulations for “gluten free,” a finished product must have less than 20ppm gluten. When tested, our Airheads products (Airheads, but not Airheads Xtremes) showed no gluten in the products at all. Airheads Xtremes products, however, do contain gluten. Our Airheads Xtremes are made in the back of our production facility, on a separate production line. Because Xtremes are manufactured in the same plant, however, we do indicate on our packaging that are Airheads “made in a facility that processes wheat flour.” Currently, we are in the process of re-designing our package labels so that they better clarify which products are gluten-free and which are not. Again, please accept our apologies for any confusion or concern this labeling has caused you.

I'd say maybe 6 or 7 of the belt things are in each pack but thats a rough guess, I've never counted
