Very Surprised
I must say that I was a bit apprehensive about buying this knife considering all the mixed opinions on this knife, especially with regards to bladeforum members... So I wasn't really sure what to expect when I finally bit the bullet and bought one of these puppies.I must say, this knife not only met, but exceeded my expectations! For only about $12, I was extremely pleased with the level of fit & finish on this knife. The opening action was very smooth, and the frame lockup was very good! The pocket clip is nice and strong, and it also has ambidextrous thumb studs for lefties like me! The all-steel construction of this knife makes it undoubtedly sturdy and prefect for an EDC (every day carry) knife that just screams to be beat on! And considering these knives can be had for only about $12, I'm not afraid to beat on mine at all!The blade is crafted from Chinese 8Cr13MoV steel and takes a razor edge, however it won't keep that edge for a super long time. As long as you know how to sharpen a knife, this doesn't present a big drawback to me and is by no means a deal-breaker. All in all, I would say this is a pretty freakin good knife! I would definitely purchase more of these. I also kind of dig the Sabenza like look! (I know, I know, this review would not have been complete without bringing up the whole sabenza thing somewhere!)My only grip with this knife is that I with they made it in a larger version, possibly like a 4" blade.

Great knife, very happy with it!
Okay, putting aside the "knockoff Sebenza" stuff and the issues of intellectual property and international patent law I'm just going to focus on the knife. This is a fantastic knife. It is compact, lightweight and sharp as all get out. Lockup is rock solid and it is a comfortable EDC knife that will work for most things you will encounter every day. It's not something to take on a squad of ninjas with single handed, but it fits great in your pocket. It's very "appropriate" for just about any office setting and does not give off that "I'm going to stab someone" vibe that some "tactical" folders do. It's a handsome little knife that gives you a lot of blade in a very efficient size. The blade steel is good, no it's not a "super steel" but if you look at the properties of some of the "Chinese steels" they are pretty good. When you factor in the cost around $12 it really is a fantastic deal. The frame lock was roughly about 40% and will probably increase as the knife "wears". The pocket clip is solid and well made. Everything about this knife is well made. You will be pleasantly surprised. Honestly for the price this thing is unreal. I recently bought two more as it's just a fantastic knife.I try to make my reviews engaging and useful. Please click the helpful button if you thought this review was worthwhile. Thanks!

Fantastic value
After seeing all the chatter about these knives I took a chance on the 710. $12.95 shipped free with prime this is a steal.7" OAL with a 3" clip point blade this is a all stainless steel knife including the body.Fit and finish is as good if not better then many of my name brand pocket knives. Everything is well machined and polished and the knife has a great sleek profile. The torx screws are all snugged down tight and the clip is a beast, You're not going bend this clip out in everyday use.The blade is well centered in the handle, the dual thumb studs let you flip it out nice and easy, and after a few dozen flips it opens as smooth and fast as my Kershaw assisted openers. Lock up on this frame lock is absolutely rock solid with zero play, it locks up as well as my Benchmade Axis lock.Out of the package it was almost sharp enough to pop hairs, I gave it about a dozen passes on a cardboard box and was now lifting the hair with ease and shredding thin newsprint. The blade is beefy at what looks like 3/32" with a well supported clip point that looks like it should stand up to some abuse if it needed to.The only reason I have not given this 5 stars is it needs to pass the test of time as a EDC for me. However given what I've seen so far I think I'll be making that change in the near future.Nov 5 update: I've revised the rating to 5 stars as this is now my primary EDC and it does everything I've wanted it to and has held it's edge greatly. Very pleased and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone needing a good knife.
