Sharp and easy
The grip is great and the blades are sharp, peel through the thickest skins, like pumpkin.

Very sharp.. handle too short
Read many reviews in which people had cut their fingers so was careful as it's very very sharp so made peeling easy.. but slow as l was scared to cut myself.The handle is too short
