The slacks will most definitely fit, along with a collared shirt. The only issue may be having to fold the Blazer/Jacket which would cause creases. Which is not a great look.

It's more geared towards socks and underwear than outfits and such. But you could probably fit a weekend worth of clothes if you aren't packing pants. The medium sized cube is more oriented to shirts and pants. Great cubes, grab one of each and will be set for anything
