Really good set with nice choice of blades in a sturdy box

This has been a great set to have for model building with the variety of blades, sometimes the areas of the part that needs to be trimmed can be quite awkward to get to without damaging the part itself. This set includes a lot of different blade types and I can always find one that isn't going to cause damage or difficulties in trimming the parts down.The handle is comfortable to work with and doesn't easily slip out of hand or rotate in the hand.The set also comes with a sharpening stone included, I haven't used this yet and have my own whetstones so I can't really comment on this but it's nice that this is included in the box.Overall I would recommend the set, feels well made and the blades are nice and sharp out of the box.

Absolutely love it, yes the tool it’s self could be better quality for sure but all the included blades are excellent and the added sharping stone is a fantastic bonus, definitely recommend for beginners to intermediate users 100%Oh and that case is grate and of good quality too.

Arrived in good time and well packaged. Easy to see why this is 'Amazon Recommends'. Good selection of blades and the handle has a positive grip on the fitted blade, probably due to the metal collet. The only negative (and it is only a small negative) there is no razor saw blade included in the set. Overall I would say well made and very good value for money.

Great set, comfortable knife with alot of blade options, the case is hard and locks closed well.I cut some sheets of vinyl for wrapping car parts, I found the blades blunted enough to drag of film sooner than I would have liked but still more than enough there for short term use session but repeated use you'll certainly need to replenish your favourite blades after a few craft sessions.

Excellent. Great value for money.

This set is cheap & well put together with a good selection of blades and the knife itself is fairly robust. However I have found it’s not really suitable for anything harder than paper or card. It will cut through thin MDF, foam and plastic frames (such as Warhammer sprues) but it takes a bit of work & several passes through and the blade pops out of place no matter how tight you secure it when you try to cut these. This shouldn’t be a problem for these types of knives. Comparing the blades to a regular x-acto knife, it does feel like the blades in this kit are a bit on the thin side so maybe the knife will function better with a pack of standard blades.

Good idea for those who use scalpels and need to store or transport them safely. The quality of the blades and handle appears good too.
