Ideal replacement

I have for the tv remote control and has really fantastic performance.

The packaging is just horrible. It consists of only a thin film across the face. This is so bonded to the product that it took me 25 minutes and a lot of white spirit and scrubbing to get it removed. The picture shows my efforts after 15 minutes. This alone should be enough to convince you to buy elsewhere but if it isn't then it also fails to control the TV to even a basic extent. It can not turn it on or off despite using every LG code. This failure alone means it is useless to me. The TV is one year old so not an obscure model. Do not waste your money, buy a genuine item instead.

Worked out of the box

This controller was unable to set our Sky Q box up.

This is excellent no problem with it all. For those saying it doesn’t control volume that’s because you need to pair your remote to your TV using sky settings.

Does not feel as well made as Sky remote. Setup very hit and miss. Volume control does not work. Will be returning and have already sent for new remote from Sky.
