Samsung Wired Headset for Samsung Galaxy S6/S6 Edge - Non-Retail Packaging - White

I needed a samsung wired headset for my Android smartphone and Samsung Galaxy Tab S2. I saw this headset was selling for less than $10. The low price kept me skeptical until the headset finally arrived in my mailbox. I have to say: this is a very good headset for android devices. It has 3 buttons, 2 for volume + and -, and another one for receiving calls, or giving hands free commands to your device.The cable is flat which makes my life so much easier. I also own a pair of Apple earpods and this Samsung earphones is better in that the wire does not tangle when you keep it in your bag or pocket. It is also slightly longer than that of Apple. You also get two extra "earcaps" in case you have bigger ears. But the pods should fit into most ears without the caps.Sound quality: If Apple earpods were 9/10 for sound quality, this particular headset gets a 8/10 from my side.Comfort: Comfortable indeed. I can sleep with them and my ears are just fine the next morning.Update: I've been using them for 6+ months now. Haven't had any damage or problems. Comfy and durable till this day.

I got my headset today and I am extremely satisfied so far! They seem to be exactly the same as the ones that I got with S7 (which, unfortunately, I broke). Sound quality seems pretty good to me and I am going to test the mic soon too.I just hope that this set is going to last longer. Headsets like this tend to stop working easily (I'm not talking only about this one).I want to note for anybody that gets them, my last ones stopped working as soon as I lost the ear gels and tried to use them without. It was probably because of sweat that they stop working, so don't do that and replace the ear gels immediately!

Works well but kept falling out on one side

I'd just like to say that I love the headphones that came with my android phone what I bought it, and miss them greatly. I bought a pair off of here to act as a replacement set in case the originals went out on me. Eventually they did in fact go out on me, and I was sad to see my little buddies go. I'm just glad I had the foresight to buy the others.As for the replacements I bought, they look the same, but I could tell they weren't the same. The quality of music wasn't the same, which for a music lover like me was very apparent. It sounded slightly off, but I didn't make a big deal about it because I could still listen to my music. The real problems comes with the fact that I've only been using them for about 2 months when I started noticing issues with them. The right side would make funny sounds when I plugged them into my phone, and the sound would go in and out on them, meaning that I couldn't hear anything through the right side. Another issue I had was that it would pause and play my music with my touching anything, as well as change the song. This is something I wasn't all too pleased about, given the short amount of time I'd been using them.Overall, they served their purpose in allowing me to listen to music, but without the same sound quality. They began to act up after only a few months of use. So, they did serve their purpose, but somewhat effectively, and not for very long, which is why I give this product 3 stars.

O MY G:!! I am so excited about these earbuds. I do a lot of gabbing on my SamSung Note 4. And on past Samsung phones. That includes sessions with coaching clients. And the quality of the ear buds seems to be getting worse and worse and worse over time... even of buds that cost me $25 and more.I got this pair this morning, plugged them in, did a session with a client.. and am coming straight here to say I can hear clearly with them and the person on the other end had the same experience.I have hearing loss and I had to turn the volume down on these both for a youtube video on the computer and while listening to NPR on my phone. And the sound is rich... not tinny like the other Samsung OEM buds (different design) that I ordered recently. These have a design that is specific to each ear... sort of wraps into your ear canal... maybe that is part of what helps the sound to be so good.Anyway.. I already ordered 2 more pairs... since stuff goes out of business so rapidly and i want to have these available for the long haul.Do you get that I like these ear buds?!! ;-)... I feel like a little dog jumping up and down and wagging my tail... I am so pleased to have finally found such a useful tool for my everyday life.

I purchased these earphones just one day over a month ago because the ones that came with my phone disappeared. They seemed a decent price and looked dependable. As everyone knows, Amazon has a 30 day return policy for returns and refunds. It just so happens that today, October 4th, is one day after those 30 days have passed and my earphones just broke. They have been kept in good condition, none of the wires has snapped or started bending at the ends as often does with earphones, yet the sound no longer come out of the right earbud. I was in the middle of watching Netflix and out of the blue, the right earbud just goes out, stops working entirely and I am unable to fix it. I've tried turning the cable in various ways and unplugged it and plugged it back into my laptop and phone to see if it changes anything. NOTHING works. These are a complete piece of garbage after just over a month of daily use in good conditions, without being pulled or stretched in any way. DO NOT BUY THESE, THEY ARE NOT THE SAME QUALITY AS SAMSUNG EARPHONES YOU GET WITH YOUR PHONE!

I am definitely going to be recommending these to everyone. I always look for a really legit pair of headphones, but they are always super hard to find at a reasonable price. I honestly wasn't expecting for them to be that great, so I was really surprised when I first put them in and started using them. I usually have a problem with the buds staying in my ears, but these have nice rubber grippers on them, so they stay snug in my ears really nicely. The sound and base quality on them are awesome too!
