Is it a folding knife

Yes it folds. The colours on each handles vary; they're all individual and make a nice little pocket knife. Many of the people I've given them to carry them everyday and say, "I use it everyday." I was very pleased with the purchase and the quality. It's not an excellent knife edge, but it does the job.

I ordered these on 12/17 for presents, it said I would receive them last Monday. Why haven't they shipped?
