Speedball SCREEN INK FABRC 8OZ BLUE DENM

This fabric paint is very easy to work with. I was able to stencil it on to T-shirts for Halloween costumes with a foam brush. I used an iron to heat set it after it had dried and it still looks great even after being thrown in the wash. Just be sure to place a piece of paper or cardboard (I used a flattened cereal box) inside the T-shirt so the ink doesn’t bleed through onto the back of the shirt. Also, make sure you place a piece of computer paper on top of the ink when ironing so the ink doesn’t get on the underside of your iron.

I almost always use speedball inks, as I have consistently had good results with them, however, this particular jar might have been a bit old, as it was thicker than usual, so a bit harder to work with and push through the screen. This noted, I find that the speedball fabric inks are generally easy to use and clean-up, and the drying time is also pretty quick, which I appreciate.

I use this for making outdoor pillows, did some stencilling on them, this paint holds up, washed the pillows several times, it doesn't run and the color does fade but I think that makes it look much nicer

Great quality. Covers nicely on dark colour fabrics. Seems I will be able to do a lot of projects with this small container!
