It's a pretty good sized case; you have to take the fob out to use it.

I need car key case for 2004 Chevy Malibu classic car

The Malibu for that year had a transponder key and a separate remote. This really wont work that great. Not much available for that type of system. Keep looking. There may be something special that someone came up with.
