Does it work for dark circles?

Hello, I have not used palmer's under my eyes.. how ever it works very well for dark spots on the face .. for a even complexion.

What are the ingredients and is it noncomedogenic

It is not tested for non-comedogenic; However, the product is free of hydroquinone, parabens, phthalates and dyes and was developed to be lightweight, perfect for oily complexions and ideal under make-up.

Great product for a great price

I've been using this a few months and I'm really impressed with how well it's working. I use it along with my prescription meds for my acne and haven't had a breakout yet. Be sure to wear sunscreen daily with it.

Happy that the usual hydroquinone is not included and instead contains 5% Niacinamide.Purchased “for oily skin” and also happy that skin is not left with grease or excessive grease after apply.Cream is on the chalky side but with less pressure and not rubbing hard I find that the cream dissolves and blends in easily on the skin.I use as a daily cream and even thou not greasy after applying at night I can feel the cream on my skin when doing my usual washing in the morning!This cream needs continuous use for best results and very affordable. Not a over night bleaching product. Great for everyday use for brightening and moisturizing!
