WORKS 100% ITS WORTH THE $$$$ AND THERE WAS NO SIDE AFFECTS MY BUNNY LOVED THE RELIF.
I used this one my Giant Flemish rabbit and man it worked great. Her ears were loaded and the vets wanted me to pay $250. just to look at her and when I looked it up and I found out she has ear mites I found this and I did as it said I had to use I twice but now she is feeling like her good old self and I have my happy funny loving pet bunny back. I would and I am going to buy again when I am out. Its a medication you can trust. And my bunny didn't get any side affects and that is why its a must get.

The Only Option
This is the only real option for treating ear mites. 1 treatment every 14 days for a month, done. Every other option is multipletimes per day.

The directions are inadequate. Adjust and works.
The directions say to use twice a week. When I did that there was no improvement. After a month I finally decided to use it daily. Once I did that the ear items were gone in two weeks.I believe this is the same product as I've had prescribed by vets, but without the expense of a vet visit - but be sure you know that it is ear mites and not another issue before using. (I've dealt with ear mites a few times before, so I know what it looks like.)I also recommend buying a regular ear cleaner and cleaning the dog's ears before each treatment. After each treatment, they will shake their heads and more of the black gunk will come out - gently swab out with a cotton swab (q-tip). Also, be sure to wash all bedding (animal and human) and keep dog bedding away until ear mites are completely gone.I've been told that regularly swabbing their ears with peroxide will help keep the ears dry and the ear it's away - they are attracted to the moisture that collects, especially in ears that flop over (vs straight up). NEVER use rubbing alcohol in dog ears! It is far to harsh and can damage the skin and cause sores and great pain. The volume of product was more than sufficient. I used it on both ears of my two dogs. I used more than the couple of drops each time because they hate having them put in and would squirm and much was wasted. Yet, I still have half a bottle left for next time it happens. (I find it happens about ounce a year, usually after playing with a younger dog/puppy at the dog park.)

a little at a time works better for cats
My cat had ear mites, and after trying mineral oil for awhile and not getting rid of them I thought I'd try something stronger. My cat's 11 lbs so 10 drops seemed like a lot. I did 3 in each ear, and after 2 treatments they were gone. She did have an infection from the mites though, so I think this was painful for her. But it's easy to administer, and only took 2 treatments to work so I'd say this is worth it. This didn't make her ears red like I've read happens with other products.

never used it application directions concerned me
i don't want to have to be dressed like a hazmat worker too put, 10 drops in my cats ear. the vet sells something takes 3 drops. 10 drops will be hard to keep from being on his fur as he shakes his head. so i have to invent something to put over his ears to catch the stuff that comes out. i hate going to the vet but sometimes you have to.

Strong smell, less expensive then from the vet
Fast shipping. Very well packaged. Has a very strong insecticide smell. I was a little concerned about it because it was so strong smelling but after checking the on line vet info it is one that they use. I've used it in his ears taking care not to get it on his skin. He seems to be mite free now. Time will tell.

It pours out of the bottle so good luck trying to portion out 10 drops
Had a real scare when I used his on my cat. It pours out of the bottle so good luck trying to portion out 10 drops! Has a very strong chemical smell, which caused me to look at the ingredients to see what was in it (should have looked BEFORE using!), and saw that it contains Pyrethins and Piperonyl Butoxide (which increases the efficacy of the pyrethrins). Pyrethrins is toxic to cats. Panicked and called my vet. He said flush the ears immediately with vinegar and Dawn to get it all out, and then, watch carefully for any neurological signs, and be prepared to rush him to the vet if I saw anything. It was a very tense day for me, thinking I might have poisoned my cat. Fortunately, he was fine, so all is well. But please don't make the same mistake I did. Don't use this (or any other OTC ear mite medicine that contains pyrethrins) on your cat!

not sure
I thought I was buying Eradimite at a very good price but this is different. It seems to irritate my pets ears when instilled. The label says to wait something like 3 weeks before instilling again so I am not quite sure of its effectiveness. I will go back to Eradimite for my next purchase. I think I got better results from it. I have lots of cats and dogs that use it btw.
