My hairdresser uses this, so I decided to purchase for myself. Love the fragrance and the tingling sensation on my scalp. I use this as a deep conditioner, and I keep it on for 25-30 mins. My hair is always soft and smooth. It moisturizes really well. I have 4C, relaxed hair.

This is it! I have found it! Look no further! I have been natural for many years and am easily and often overwhelmed by the sheer volume of hair product choices. So I tended towards those hair products that type 4 naturals find at target and beauty supply stores - ya’ll know what I’m talking about! My hairdresser (he gives my trims and makes my wigs) was utterly appalled and left speechless when I told him one of the store bought products I was using, told me to chuck it, and use design essentials. He was having a hard time combing through and drying my hair which was so brittle at that point. So I ordered some of DE lines and WOW!!!!!!!! My hair is so happy and proving it by being shinier, softer and more manageable than I can EVER EVER remember! I use this as a deep conditioner and the Almond Avocado leave in, and detangling is a breeze! I used to never detangle during my monthly cycle lest I get angry and rip my hair out! Now I can comb (yes I said comb because my hair prefers all dead hair be removed and the product evenly distributed), through my hair in 20 minutes! I DONT HATE DOING MY HAIR! Can you believe this!??! I cant! This is the truth! Great product, thank you!PS - why are you out of stock, are naturals hoarding this cause of Covid? Lolol

*Update after replacement received *11/13/23The tub comes half filled! I won’t be ordering the big one anymore. I’ll stick with the smaller tub that’s filled to the top.(Original review) I love this conditioner. I bought the 2lb tub and little while ago and thought I’d get a bigger size to last me longer. It smells heat and I also love the tingle from the peppermint. I was all excited and everything when my new order arrived…….. until I opened it. The 4lb tub was only half full. I hope it’s not supposed to be like that. If it is, the size of the tub it’s deceptive. I put in for a replacement. I hope the new one is full. If not, then I guess it’s supposed to be half full. If that’s the case they really should change the packaging.

First let me say I LOVE this conditioner! I use it on my daughter's hair that is loose natural and I use it on my hair (I have locs). It works wonderfully on both our heads and leave my hair feeling soft and moisturized. It came packaged well with the plastic around it like the shampoo in the pic and the box had the air-packaging film so it wasn't bouncing around in the box. I gave 4 stars because the jar was only 3/4 full. It was only full up to where my finger is pointing in the pic which was pretty disappointing. I'm going to drop by one of my local beauty supply stores and see if it's the same. I got it on sale so I'll keep it but if I paid full price I'd probably send it back with that much product missing. Hopefully it's just the manufacturer being stingy and not an Amazon thing.

I’m a natural type 4 girlie and I must say the 1st time I used this product I tossed out EVERY other conditioner in my collection IMMEDIATELY!!! DE has always been a staple in black salons but I didn’t know you could buy it for home use. This product does everything it says!!! My hair detangled without effort… left my hair soooo soft and moisturized and I’ve been having issues with dryness!!! This product is nice and thick and goes on smoothly! This is exactly what I’ve been looking for!!! The rosemary feels amazing on my scalp without being too strong. This conditioner left my curls poppin and defined without any other products!

I love this conditioner easy to smooth into my hair and it smells really good. This conditioner make my hair feel soft. Easy to comb through. I went natural about a year ago and my hair type is naturally curly 4A African American. I place some in the palm of my hand and rub through. The price was reasonable.

Everything came on time and the product was exactly what was listed!! Couldn't be happier with my purchase
