Perfect swap out
Computer was exactly as stated. It included keyboard and mouse that I had not noticed or expected was a surprise. Configured the unit to replace an older unit. Installed and running perfectly. Wiped out the windows and running Linux.

Good deal .. do not insert USB Wi-Fi receiver on first boot.. Will demand pass code not provided
Intuitive set up, except that Wi-Fi receiver should not be inserted in USB port until after windows has been set up…it will demand a passcode (not provided) if inserted on first boot… took a while to figure this out…. works great though! Set up, otherwise intuitive even though no instructions provided.

Great Linux PC
Didn't like it with windows OS, but on Linux runs very well. It is fast. No lag. Great display. Very responsive. It is running Linux Mint. Very satisfied (once Linux was installed). Excellent buy for the price.

Not What Was Advertised
I bought this computer for its tiny footprint and the specs that were advertised. It took me a while to set up this computer. It took me even longer to open it up and check out what was inside. The unit would then occasionally restart itself and said, 'that it ran into a problem and needs to restart.' I had also downloaded a game and was getting error massages that my GPU was not fast enough. I checked online for an upgrade to my GPU. I found out that the M910Q does not come with a PCie connection, so that I could install a low-profile GPU. I opened up the unit and there was a PCie x8 connection. But there was no SATA connection or holder. There was no WiFi as advertised. I was sent a dongle. Then I looked on the bottom of the unit for the manufacturer's sticker and to my surprise it said that this unit was not an M910Q as advertised but a M910X. One of the USB port in the back crashed not long after I started using the unit.

High powered device with great customer service
This has been an outstanding machine high performance machine for the money. With it's compact size was exactly what I was looking for. I work with large spreadsheets up to 150 MB. It handles them no problem. I do not write reviews often, but the customer service was has been so wonderful, that I wanted to take some time to share some appreciation. I had a couple questions setting up and my emails were returned right away - just a super friendly and helpful team. I highly recommend this machine and have had a great experience with tekrefurbs.

Solid Performance, but Inconvenient USB Setup
The product specs mentioned four USB ports for the back , but two were already in use by Bluetooth and Wi-Fi dongles, which wasn’t exactly as described. Despite this, the PC’s performance, setup, and compatibility with my existing monitor were great, and it came ready to use with a keyboard and mouse. Overall good value for the price I paid. I decided to return it mainly because I didn’t want to deal with needing to buy an extra USB hub, I want to be able to take this from home to work and work to home without the added usb hub cables. The return process itself was straightforward, but it still meant repacking the item and taking it to a local return center, which I could have avoided if the product matched the description.
