For the Large size, how long/tall is the sleeve?

The tall sleeve measures 12.5 inches. It can stretch to a maximum of 18 inches.

What is the mmhg for these compression calf sleeves? i need more than 18-20mmhg more like 25-30mmhg, so i wanted to ensure these provide support.

The compression is not given anywhere in the ad nor on the package. I am also rated to wear 25-30 and wear these. They are not as tight as a Jobst with this rating but I could not wear those as they were painful. These are comfortable and can be put on fairly easily . I have 3 pair that I rotate and occasionally use It Stays to keep them from creeping down my leg a bit during the day. They can be returned if you need a smaller size for more compression. I have short legs so I wear them as a toeless stocking with the cuff around my instep. I'm pleased with how they wear and wash and use them every day.

I am short at 5 foot 1. Will these be too long with excess fabric?

I am 5 foot 5. The sox come over my knees with no discomfort. Iam very pleased with mine. I have 4 pair. If you don't like them I believe you can return them.
