You can return it. I am taking mine to Ipswich tmwYaheetech have failed to answer the phone or respond to email but I have a returns form and bar code so back it goes

The black seat shows back height dimensions of 36.5cm where the white and pink are 40cm. Can someone confirm if the black is 36.5cm

Does the arm rest is removable if we do not require ?

Armrest cane be removed from base of seat by removal of 4 x hex bolts. Removal of armrest might however have negative effect on overall structural integrity of seat.

where do you get replacement gas lift cylinder?

mine has gone too, lasted less than 18 months....
