I have been using the CalltoU system in my home for about 3 years. The biggest issue I have had was battery replacement with the portable receiver. I am caretaker for my wife who is non-ambulatory after a brain tumor surgery. This system is wonderful. It gives me greater flexibility as I move about the home or do outdoor chores. More important, it gives her independence and helps protect her dignity. The system is highly dependable, relatively inexpensive and easily expandable. I recently added transmitters and receivers to my 3 year old system. The new and old equipment were easy to merge as if all components were purchased at the same time. Great company and great product. Customer service is caring and efficient.

Very loud if needed, and Mom can see the button. For myself or caregivers, so much easier for her to press the button than head out on an expedition with her walker to look for help.

Overall I am satisfied for the price paid. I picked this model because it includes 2 receivers and one is wireless with AAA batteries, meaning I can keep it on my person. It works as described, so I can't criticize too much. For $40 I got 3 call buttons, 2 receivers, batteries and some lanyards.For $40 name brand batteries should be included. To be prudent I spent $10 extra for Duracell batteries (AAA for wireless receiver, 21A for call buttons).Now to the bad. Let's talk about the cheap parts.- "Wall mount" is literally just a small piece of 2 sided tape/putty. Very lame- Volume feels too loud or not loud enough. It works, but I wish the volume was an adjustable dial.- Click button and LED on pagers feels flimsy- Lanyards are very cheap, not sturdy at all- Battery holder and inner PCB also felt cheaply madeI'd much rather this product felt well constructed and sturdy, instead the parts feel light weight and flimsy. I don't expect this to last beyond 1 or 2 years, but I guess that's what everything Amazon sells from China is like these days. There really wasn't a lot of good options on the market at this price, so I guess this will work. 4/5 stars

I am exceptionally happy with this product. It works perfectly in it’s simplicity. My husband is on hospice and i have severe hearing loss. I put the main piece next to my bed, the second receiver by his bed. He has a call bell on the toilet paper rack, on the bed and on his tray when watching tv. Its an easy safety feature and i can hear him call me from everywhere in the house with or without my hearing aids. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this. It is great for elderly people or those that are bed ridden for temporary or permanent. You can plug in the alarm in any room and have the button pressed. You can not ignore the level of sound. You will have no problem hearing this. It fit around the neck and it’s comfortable and not heavy.

My 77 year old mother had a stroke last month and needs help with all daily activities. This product arrived quickly, was easy to open and had good instructions. We were up and running in 5 minutes! The buttons are very easy for her to use and the tones are easy for her caregivers to hear. The pager is especially convenient.

I am a caregiver for an elderly patient who lives with me. This is an outstanding product. I can wear the clip on while outside and the buzzer is so loud I can hear it (my neighbors too). Inside it's a bit loud but well worth the noise when she needs my help with something. At night I leave it in another room so that when she buzzes me, it doesn't wake my husband. Works perfectly. I would highly recommend.
