I’ve been taking these Vitamin C & Zinc gummies for about a month now as part of my growing daily gummy buffet. Like most vitamins, I can’t see any dramatic effects — but I’m told they help my body absorb iron better, and since I collect deficiencies like they’re Pokémon, I figured why not? The flavour is strong (like, citrus punch to the face strong), but not unpleasant, and the texture is nice and chewy. At this point I’m basically propping up the supplement industry one gummy at a time. You’re welcome, economy.
