Very easy to install.
I don't know what impact it will sustain but certainly better than the stock plastic.

No Problems so far
I got this a couple days ago and it was super easy to install. I have a 2007 standard Rav4 and it does fit. The hardest part was loosening the bolts to attach the mounts. I would recommend having a second person to help hold it while you can install it but if you have a jack you could probably just use that. 10/10Will update if something goes wrong
