After 15 years of use, the blower motor gave up in my Maytag 3000 series gas dryer. This is an exact replacement, the connector pops in easily. The motor itself was also easy to install and works perfectly. Shipping was fast, which is always appreciated. I highly recommend this seller.

My husband bought this for our dryer. It was difficult to install. And then...it did not work! Ended up taking it our and sending it back!Ps....I rarely write a negative review but this was a bad product.

Hint: one way to find out if its the motor v.s. other issues: 1) when you press the start button, you hear a humming grinding noise like the motor is trying to run. 2) hold down the dryer door switch, have another person press the start button and give the drum a push at the same time. If it starts running, your motor is bad. (credit some other poster on the web - I can't remember where I found this). I bought a similar generic motor about 4 years ago, hopefully this one lasts at least this long. This took about 1 week to ship from PA to CA.

I was able to fix my dry and get it done in only a couple of days, from time of ordering it.

Researched parts needed. Was able to locate replacement motor and tumbler wheels. Motor shipped timely, fit perfectly, and dryer was up and running in less than a week. Motor was good quality and less than $100 which is way less than a new dryer.

Part took forever and it didn't work. Customer service was horrible please please consider other options. My first bad review ever and made me rethink buying from here but one bad egg I guess shouldn't change my mind.

Pricing is competitive and clear instruction for replacement.
