did not receive pad for charging
I am disappointed that the charging devise was not included. It had the wires but not the pad. Is there. any chance I will get a response

AT&T Failure
The phone was wonderful -- but it doesn't work on AT&T's systems. It wouldn't authenticate correctly. AT&T could manually set it up, but every update to the plan or the system kicked it back off. Sometimes it only had cell service. Sometimes it didn't have any service. Sometimes it had data -- but only H+ data. I loved the phone and there was nothing physically or stylistically wrong with it, but, after 20+ hours spent chatting/calling/visiting AT&T support, it was no longer worth the hassle.
