No space
I bought this to take diabetic bits including extra insulin in holiday. Once ice packs were in there was really no room for much else. Also it didn’t stay very cold and condensation formed on outside. Not the best for the job

Nice hard shell case
Liked that it had a hard cover to keep the vials etc safe and is still relatively compact so won’t take up much room in bag, case etc, has a temp gauge inside and two gel pouches to keep temp down in heat, enough space to keep everything u need on a daily basis

Staples had gone rusty and marked the case not nice to see when you order something new

I got this for my son but it doesn’t keep the insulin cool very long, sorry but I wouldn’t get it again , but that’s my opinion but try try it yourself and see 😟

For short use
It a bit bulky, but I don't mind that. However I believe it is good only for a few hour use at a time, as I tried to use it for a full day and a half when I was without the fridge, and the inside of the case was even warmer than things outside of the case. So basically, for as long as the ice doesn't melt it's good, but after that it's better to just leave it outside of the case.

It does the job but water seeps through the case when it warms a little.
