The custom fit and molded arch support have significantly reduced my gynast daughter's foot fatigue and pain. They are perfect for both her everyday shoes and athletic sneakers, providing unmatched comfort all day long.

Recommended by my orthopedic doctor, I found these easy to customize with great support and just the right amount of cushioning. They have helped reduce my knee pain. They can be “remolded” up to 5 times per the instructions. I haven’t done this yet, but the material appears sturdy enough to do so so that you could mold it into a different shoe. While this could potentially be annoying to do, it certainly would be more economical than buying a bunch for different shoes.

I like these, but they're expensive. I buy multiples so I can fit more than one shoe. At >$50 a pop, that hurts. I do feel they help my foot pain, though. Kudos for that. Please make them easier on the budget!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I wanted to try them. My knees and back feel better with them in my shoes.

If you have fallen arches and need support, these are not for you.I asked the archmolds website, and hoped, based on their reply, that these would mold enough to give me the support I needed, but not even close.I have fallen arches, which is very different from flat feet or low arches (which are naturally occurring). Because of this, I need a medium to high arch support to keep my arch up. These would be good for someone with a low arch, but they are nowhere close to the support I need. After 2 days, I felt like I had stress fractures in my feet. I'd have been better off with the Memory foam inserts.Decent build quality, easy to heat and size. They just do not work for someone with fallen arches. I can't dog them, as I knew they might not work, so a 3 is fair, I'm giving them a 3, even though I can't wear them, because Amazon returns is great and Powerstep, who owns archmolds now, has really good customer service and offered to work with me to find another set that may work better.

Easy to mold and feel great!

Could not trim the stiff material. This insert is way too wide to fit into my shoes and I am unable to trim to fit my shoes. (I don't have the proper scissors for such a project.) So I am stuck with this product because it is now too late to return. If the manufacturer has any suggestions for how to trim their product I would greatly appreciate it. Added note: the manufacturer has replied and informed that: "You can only trim them at the end of the "toe box" area where they are flexible... you can not cut or trim on the sides or back.. If they are too wide in that area then return them if you are within the policy. Too bad they didn't tell this buyer before she bought the product.

I have very flat feet and I used to have to have special arch supports made but since finding these I no longer have to get the expensive arch supports these work like a dream and my feet feel amazing in them!! It's all I use now. I'm on my second pair just as long but for the price you cannot beat them.
