Great peace of mind.
I am so very pleased, happy and relieved to have and use this excellent product for added secure protection from any would be hacker and thief by blocking the RF signals being transmitted. It works as advertised and the quality of the material is top notch.

Works welll
These are perfect for what we needed. There have been so many car thefts , so we use these to protect our key fabs.

Works perfectly
Perfect size for key fob. Tested and works perfectly. Great thickness and value. Easy to use and especially like that it has no velcro and just folds over.

Works well. Get one!
This makes my key fob INVISIBLE to my car. It will make the fob invisible to hackers as well.

Nope—Doesn’t Work
Bought this three years ago and the other day, I was curious about whether it did what it claims. Put my garage door remote inside, closed the bag, went outside in front of my garage door, squeezed the bag about where the remote switch is inside and guess what. The garage door opened. It detected the signal from the remote INSIDE this bag. I’d say that means the bag does not block RF signals as the listing claims. Repeated the test several times and the garage door controller (motor) operated the door every time. My conclusion: IT DOES NOT WORK.

Bag has a lifespan, be prepared to replace every few months
UPDATE March 2024: After 17 months of use, the RF protection is no longer present in this faraday pouch. It’s clear from other users of this and similar products that these pouches have a lifespan and are not designed to last in perpetuity. The only problem is there is no way to determine the useful life and the manufacturer doesn’t provide any guidance on lifecycle either. I suspect the failure point is folding the fabric multiple times per day. You basically have to test the pouch every so often to see if it still works. I’m not psyched about the possibility of a thief catching a signal between failure and the next test. Yet I’m not sure there are any other options. I have yet to see a faraday pouch on the market with a 100% success rate forever, and no manufacturer is willing to admit their pouch has limited lifespan. So, I’m planning on replacing these every six months. This particular bag is inexpensive enough to replace at that interval, and I know my current set lasted that long. Plus it’s generally well made otherwise. (Still haven’t gotten additional colors or a way to tell multiple bags apart other than putting tape on them, which looks kind of terrible.)Normally I’m not a fan of Amazon’s “subscribe and save” service, but if anything deserves it, it’s this product. Yet, it’s not even offered, which is a pity.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Works as advertised and intended. Feels like very nice construction and materials. The nylon outer fabric is sturdy and feels like a nice woven backpack material. The elastic band is fine, but I’m betting that’s the eventual failure point.I didn’t realize this until I got the package, but there are 2 bags to an order, not one. Makes these a good bargain.Deceptively simple fold-over construction. Probably not the bag to use while running. But should be fine otherwise.I have two big issues with the bag: 1) Needs to come in other colors, have a place to label, or otherwise natively tell these bags apart. I have 4 in the house and have to go buy some sort of charm or colored tape to tell which keys are in which bag. 2) The opening of the bag is slightly smaller than rest of bag and expands more past the opening. Limits what can fit past the opening. Can’t get more keys than the actual fob past the opening even though the bag once key is in has plenty of room. Would really like to get my whole ring of keys in the bag rather than having to keep the fob separate from other keys.Would probably buy again, but look hard at competitors with colors.

Essential Fob Security
Performs as advertised. Mission Darkness does work for the military and it seems they are not fooling around. Perfect size for my keyless access fob - easily fits in a pocket. Reviewers for similar products have stated the shielding material wears out over time. Perhaps those brands are not as good. I'll be happy to buy more of these if needed - they really work.

Efficient- blocks keyfob signal
This is military-grade. Blocks my car's keyfob signal from leaking out, even when I'm RIGHT NEXT TO THE CAR (my courtesy lights come on when the fob is out, so I KNOW when the car can detect the signal). After you reach your destination, the pouch fits in a pocket or purse.Keyfobs ALWAYS put out a faint signal when not blocked, even when NO buttons are being pushed; that's how people have had their cars stolen from their drive or their garage. The thieves grab that faint trickling-out-signal of the fob (from inside your house!) with a little relay box, electronically copy it (sometimes while standing out by the garage door), then point the box at the victim's car and DRIVE IT AWAY.The inside of the pouch is smooth fabric, coated with metallic signal-blocking material. It does wear off in places after a time, the keyfob being dragged in & out over and over thins the coating, and the signal will leak out. That's the convenience of the pouch being flexible tho (and a pouch with a zipper closure does NOT work; the signal leaks out between the closed zipper's teeth!).That's why there are 2 pouches in the pack; you'll have a spare.Another good option is an actual "Faraday box" that holds all your keyfobs when they're at home, but some people aren't able to designate a specific place for them inside the home. 🤷♀️
