Where are Muzata railings made?

When I tighten the screws, they untighten over time. How do I get the screws to lock in?

It is recommended that you use the socket wrench and Allen wrench to tighten the screws. For detailed installation methods, you can check it on Amazon or contact our customer service.

Will this system work with a 5-1/2" wood post?

I ended up returning the Muzata products and used the Cable Bullet System. It worked great for the poplar 4x4 posts we used. They worked great for both horizontal and vertical cable rails. Very simple and easy to install, our customer loved it too.

Will this work for 1 1/2" square steel post?

We do not recommend that you use this product with a 1 1/2 "metal post as it cannot be fully hidden.
