Go To Gear For Guerrila Filmmakers
My go to gear for filmmaking, the mount is sturdy and can adapt to any camera device either phone or DSLR. Great for run and gun filmmaking with a steady smoothness when walking but needs better control when moving fast. The size is definitely compact for keeping gears small and simple on the go. I am very pleased and happy with this purchase.

Better for mirrorless / compact DSLR than full kitted out cinema camera
Bought it for a student film project to do some handheld camera work and it did the job! Much easier to hold a Blackmagic Cinema camera with a mounted shotgun mic that way.Did about 40 minutes of shooting and the weight of the camera took its toll on the frame, warping slightly. You can see the camera leaning forward in the cage in my photo. After that one of the joints slid open when I was picking the camera up by the cage (fortunately I caught the camera). The whole setup is slightly soft plastic (frame, joints, baseplate) aside from screws so the whole thing has a lot of flex. Way too easy to overtighten the screw to hold the camera body to the baseplate and I struggled to unscrew it later. That said, I'm not unhappy with it because it was only ~$30 and my teacher praised how the handheld footage looked. If I use it again with a BM, I'll be careful picking it up, but otherwise I think it'll be great for my mirrorless Sony Alpha ZV-E10.

This C-shape stabilizer has a TON of options!
This padded C-shape stabilizer has really taken over as my go-to during shooting. It has so many options for camera placement. It's high quality and very comfortable with knurled padding. The possibilities of what equipment to pair on this are pretty endless. I've taken a few pics showing how my d7000 looks on the bottom platform. I've also shown what my iphone 7 plus battery case looks like on the bottom too. Another pic has the battery case connected to the ball-joint shoe mount on top with the d7000 on the bottom. The weight is still very manageable and it's definitely sturdy. I have a large LED and a small LED light I've connected to the top mount as well. All hold very well and the ball joint really makes changing the angles on the top section very easy. Here are a few things I love about this stabilizer:1. The level platform on the bottom so you can set it down on a table or floor and still shoot.2. The padding is comfortable3. The ability to move the camera forward/back/left/right in the grooves and lock it in wherever is needed.4. It comes with a phone adapter that can screw in for landscape or portrait mode. These sell on amazon separately for over 5 bucks usually. You get it thrown in the package here. You can also use it on any normal tripod or mini tripod with a 1/4 screw.5. When I screw the knobs tight, I have no fear my equipment is going to fall off. It's quality. If you need more equipment on top, I'm sure you can find a cheap, tiny shoe mount adapter that splits into two 1/4 screw options. That would be if you need to have a light with a mic on top. I know I have enough extra pieces from other stabilizers, etc to rig some cool options up without buying anything else. There is definitely enough space on the bottom platform to get creative. I have seen the stabilizer like this in best buy. You can look it up. Basically the same price, but doesn't come with any option for attachments on top, no accessories, and not as much space on the bottom platform. This is a no brainer!

It’s fine, does the job but…
I bought this because my other phone holder broke and I tend to record videos so this is an essential piece for me. The issue that I have right off the bat is that the ball joint that you tighten becomes very loose and that’s something that I do not like I really like something that remain sturdy. Also, the metal tightener rattles so I put a piece of masking tape over to prevent it from making noise when I’m filming. Other than that I would say the economics of this work well but I think they could be improved especially when your phone is pretty large, it can prevent you from fitting your phone correctly or just right so you can record. Altogether I would give a 3.5/5 rating. It does the job, but there are better versions you can buy.

great for self stablizing recording equipment for creative shots
Easy to assemble, durable, super lightweight and a great tool to get different shots. I will say, do not use if you don't have a very good self stabalizing camera.this does not function like a gimble so unless your camera has remarkable stabilizing capabilities, I don't recommend. this is great for multi device shooting and comfort for certain angles and movement that you normally can't do when holding your camera.

Great customer support good product
I don't spend the time to write a lot of reviews. With that being said i'm writing one now because I was impressed with how far their customer support went to make sure i was taken care of as a customer. using this rig for a 4th axis with a gimble (dji osmopod) was great. it's lightweight and sturdy with comfortable grips, When i was putting it together i noticed the removable arm was not really making an audible click when it was pushed all the way in. it still felt like it was securely in place. It was not. the arm would kind of randomly fall off. It fell off one night while i was out in the dark trick or treating. I never heard or felt it fall of. I contacted fantaseal to attempt to order the part. They immediately offered to just send the part which i accepted. When it arrived it was not the part it was a hand gimble product they sell. i contacted them and let them know they sent the wrong thing and offered to send it back. not only did they let me keep that, they sent me a full replacement for this. As it turns out the arm does click in on this one, it's a solid product.

Keeps falling apart
I love this rig but when put together so I can hold it on each side, there a defect and it won’t stay out after a few minutes of use. I am not sure if it is a problem just with mine or with everybody.
