What would the formulation be for hydroponic system to ensure bacteria and fungus growth in the water reservoir is kept to a minimum.

I am not sure of a formula but we do supply HydroProx35 - 12% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide to a customer that uses it for that purpose in commercially growing their organic sprouts.

Why lie about the concentration? There is zero reason to put 35% in the listing if it is really 7.99%

Food Grade is only made in 35%, so dilutions can only be made from 35%. Other percentages of HP are not Food Grade. Someone can make 8% or 12% from 50% HP, but 50% HP is NOT Food Grade, it is for Hair Color products. We state 35% to let the buy know that the dilution is made from 35% Food Grade HP and not another Non-Food Grade HP concentration. We do NOT lie about the concentration of the Certified Product that we make the dilutions from. Amazon does not allow pure 35% concentration to be offered or sold on their site. We follow Amazon's policy, it is not a lie, you just don't know or understand the industry standards and Purity percentages of the various HP concentrations. Thanks for your question.

Clearly says what it is. No trickery

So, it depends what you are looking for and what use you are going for. Clearly states it is diluted to 8% but Clearly says from 35 % FOOD GRADE.Yes was a bit confusing, But the bottle is descriptive and the detailed information. If you arent looking for 8% Food grade, move on. Main descriptive purpose is to educate about Food grade, the certification and how many companies may not be following honest selling. I appreciate that, even though I wouldn't buy 8%.

This is only 7.99% concentration and not 35% concentration.

This is not 35% H2O2. It's only 7.99% concentration. You can't get 35% mailed to you without paying a HazMat fee. 35%H2O2 is flammable.
