We have been on a gelatin kick at our house and let me tell you THIS stuff is gold. Holds our homemade gummy bears together so well. The flavor is mild as well, so it works in a variety of recipes.

I purchased this to make homemade sugar free collagen marshmallows. I've tried a few recipes so far and I've found that this collagen blooms way better with cold water in a wider bowl which offers more surface area to bloom. I add the marshmallows to my morning coffee which makes the silkiest and most creamy froth. I've made several marshmallow batches and I still have enough to last several months.This does not have an animal product smell or flavor.

If you're going to buy any brand of gelatin or collagen buy perfect supplements! They have the highest quality products on the market. Ive used this in my lattes and making homemade marshmallows and it's just delicious.

An excellent source of clean protein. It is flavorless & blends well with pretty much anything. I do add it to my hot morning drink, but make sure to stir, blend, or whisk it in quickly to avoid lumps. If using with cold liquids follow the package directions. When adding to smoothies, I include it once the ingredients are well blended and still blending. It can be used as a gelling agent for healthy "jello" jigglers without using the actual jello brand products.

I bought this gelatin to make gut-healthy gummies, and they turned out perfect! You can't even taste the gelatin. Just a heads-up: after it settles, the container looks only about half full.
