Are these wax crayons?

Our watercolor crayons do have a wax in it but our watercolor crayons are more like a pastel.

Can I use these on my bible pages for the water color see through effect? Or do you need too much water?

I use them on mine all the time! I dip brush in water, then rub the tip on the crayon and then blot it on my palette a bit before moving it to the Bible page.

Do these crayons blend on fabric?

Yes. I’ve used them to shade plush fur for a costume, however they are water based and will wash out so keep that In mind.
