How long until you can eat afterwards?

I wait 30mins after use to eat or drink anything. I have mot had any teeth sensativity, but everyone is different.

Trays shrank a bit too much, and yes chemical didn't work with light either...

Can this be used daily or do you need to allow time between treatments?

I wouldn't recommend it. Number one your teeth aren't going to discolor that quickly. Number two you are risk getting your gums and cheek from getting inflamed. And number three, you are wasting your bleaching agent. you will run out VERY quickly. However, if it's just in the course of getting them whiter, from the first time you used it, then it's probably okay.
