Good for adults who forget to eat
Give to your adult who forgets to eat and works too hardMight need to pack extra stuff plus jerky with this and water wash it down.Smell: fishy smell isn't all thereValue: buy the bigger pack, I bought sample pack to test it out and found you buy one at store for less what I purchased.Quality: it comes with cookie, fruit cup and crackers and tuna salad which taste good.Spork is used to help tuna salad and eat fruit cupSize I think they could put additional tuna salad if I am thinking if there was guy you're feeding because it's not enough it more like snack.

Succeeds in what it sets out to do
Overall, these are really nice to keep in your pantry as an emergency food or for when you don't have time to pack a lunch. For about $10 (less if one sale), you get four fairly adequate lunches. The tuna salad is good if not a little watery. The fruit is just like any other shelf-stable fruit cup, so it's pretty good. The cookie is easily the black sheep of the package, as it's rather tough, much tougher than the crackers which is just a bizarre sensory experience. All in all, it's a good value for perfectly serviceable meals. Will I buy it again? Eh, I'm honestly not too sure. Maybe if the chicken salad was restocked, I'd consider trying that.

Eat when hungry
Best eaten with hunger, it’s an acquired taste. The cookie I find delicious.

Get the "snack" size.
I bought both the chicken tuna salad "Lunch on the Run" versions. The tuna was ok ... but, I really like the chicken salad (that's just a matter of taste). I appreciate the convenience. Problems: there's enough salad for 10-12 crackers -- they provide only six. Each 'lunch' comes with a rather boring fruit cup (which I found over sweet and VERY hard to open without spilling), and one very hard, dry chocolate chip cookie. I calculated the cost at $2.80 per unit.I had previously bought, also thru Amazon, the Bumblebee "Snack on the Run" size (including the same can of salad, and the same 6 crackers, and coming to $1.62 per unit). The question is whether that boring fruit cup, and concrete cookie are worth the $1.18 difference. For me they are not. I will get the snack size and eat an apple or banana with it.
