Perfect- long lasting cold even in hot summer. Good coverage of back of neck, shoulders top of back, fabric is soft, ice isn’t super crunchy feeling. No weird smell. Snap to hold on closure is perfect . So good I bought a second for back up

The title of my review sums up how pleased I am with this product.Pros1. Conforms to the shape of neck & shoulders2. Has two sides: 1 with soft material if you prefer to gently ease into the cold and durable plastic side if you’re the type that jumps into the pool/lake/name your favorite body of cold water to get it over with.3. Stays cold for at least an hourConIt’s only a very slight “oooh man I wish”…. it’s one size fits all. That size IS always a lie.1. You may need to make slight adjustments if your shoulders are not as wide as the cold pack. Overlapping the front tabs & using a clip does it for me.2. The section that is meant for your neck fits me well but I have a slightly longer neck. It actually may work better for someone with a shorter neck as that part would extend up into the back of your head. Ideal for tension headaches.3. I usually wear it under a shirt because it sits back on my shoulders and won’t make contact with my neck if I don’t.In the end - I’m an instant fan and will be hard-pressed to switch to another product.Maybe the manufacturer will offer a couple of different sizes. Because if you are broad shouldered or built huskily- this WILL NOT fit you. Sorry. It’s easier to adjust down.

This neck cooler works really well. I like that it has a soft cold side as well as a non-soft cold side. The snap on the front helps to keep this cold pack in place. I will definitely buy another one as a spare.

Very nice. Works wonderfully on my cervical spine!

It gets cold. The neck portion which is what I needed the most, doesn't get as cold as the rest. The neck portion doesn't get as close to your neck and is smaller than it looks in the picture. I have to put a towel behind my neck to get it closer. The rest is okay, but I am disappointed with the neck area.

Perfect! I absolutely love it. Great quality product.

All the gel in the neck and shoulders drops to the bottom of the pack. Looks like there's sections but there's not and there's not really much gel in there to begin with. Middle of back was fine, but I bought to get some neck and shoulder relief and this doesn't provide any of that.
