Great product for the price
Good quality. Makes less sound than the Philips we had before. Looks nice in our kitchen and seems to be made of good durable materials.

Boils relatively faster than your normal electric kettle
For homes where you use an electric kettle frequently with kids around, I would recommend buying an insulated one. This however isn't heat insulated. Boils faster than usual kettles, the build quality is great. This is my first appliance from Russell Hobbs and after using it I see myself buying other Russell Hobbs appliances in the future as well, I have come to trust their build quality.

Its rusted quickle not even after one month. No way to return and no customer service for this brand. Avoid.
