Can someone tell me the height of the seat (from ground to seat) -hoping it will suit a short person! Thank you.

How do we disassemble the rocker?

I haven't done that, but it seems simple to me, at least in theory. Just tap it with a rubber mallet, but opposite of the way that you put it together. The seat comes out first. It does not slide in, it was pressed DOWN to assemble. Turn the rocker upside down, hit on the bottom of the seat, close to the slots where it joins the sides, (not in the middle of the seat) until it comes loose. Then turn it right side up, put something underneath the back part, and hammer the sides down. Hit on the back of the arm rest close to the slots where the arms are joined to the side. Yes, if you have been using it, I bet it will be tight and hard to get loose. It's designed so your weight forces the parts closer together. Don't hit so hard you wreck it. Have patience and keep tapping. Maybe squirt some silicone lubricant (not oil) in the joints a half hour before you start.

How can this be for 500 pound person and only be 21" wide? I am 375 LB and would be butt trapped in 21" wide.
