It comes with a "18650," 2600mAH, 3.6V, rechargeable battery. The battery charges off a Micro-USB (not USB-C) port, that is built into the battery, so the battery must be removed from the light to charge.

Why does it say here that this has a ip rating of ipx8 but the web site says ip68 ?

Where do we get more batteries?

Don’t waste your money on normal replacement batteries!! There are slightly more expensive batteries that Fenix sells for these lights that are usb-rechargeable and they hold a charge for MONTHS if you’re not using the light often! Worth the spend and most of these lights look like they have a bundle option to get the us -rechargeable batteries with them (the rechargeable ones are the black and orange batteries you see in the product photos)!
